About

The mission of Prevention Partnerships is to develop effective collaborative efforts for safer and healthier communities, and bring about positive systems change that can be sustained.

What makes Prevention Partnerships different is its unique multi-disciplinary background. This informs the cross-disciplinary:

  1. Training and technical assistance,

  2. Partnership facilitation, and

  3. Document production work

that Prevention Partnerships does to support healthier and safer communities.

John Rosiak started Rosiak Associates, LLC in 2013 to continue the multi-disciplinary work he has done for decades at the National Center for Mental Health Promotion and Youth Violence Prevention, and the National Crime Prevention Council, helping to make communities healthier and safer.

Rosiak Associates filed the name of “Prevention Partnerships” as the official DBA—“Doing Business As”—because it signifies the vocation of the company—to work in partnership to prevent and diminish the problems that our communities face.

Rosiak Associates, LLC is a small business, single-member LLC, registered with the Federal SAM (with DUNS number) and is enrolled as a small business vendor in various states.
